TERM & CONDITIONS:

Booking must be made by birthday celebrant's name
Promotion is non-refundable.
Promotion valid for stay from 5 January to 23 December 2026.
Promotion not applicable on 14-21 February, 20-21 March, 3-4 April, 1-2 May, 30 May – 1 June, 8-9 August and 7-8 November 2026 (both dates inclusive).
Birthday rewards valid for stay during celebrant’s birthday month only. Booking must be made by birthday celebrant's .
Please present your booking confirmation and valid passport/ID upon check-in to redeem discounts.
Minimum 3 days prior to arrival reservation is required for promotion discount to apply and maximum of 3 rooms per booking at the time of reservation made.
Not applicable for corporate groups, online/offline travel agents, or existing room reservations and cannot be combined with any other on-going promotions .

Discounts perks are valid during stay period and are not valid in conjunction with existing promotions. Unused discounts are non-exchangeable or refundable.
