Meeting Retreat package starts from Rp 2,932,500 (≈S$255) per person on weekdays and Rp 3,047,500 (≈S$265) per person on weekends.
Package includes:
- One night accommodation in Deluxe Room, Nirwana Resort Hotel
- One-day use of meeting room inclusive of standard meeting equipment, from 9am to 5pm
- Buffet breakfast, one lunch and one set dinner
- Two tea breaks (morning and afternoon)
- 2-way land transfer between Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal and Nirwana Gardens
- Welcome drink upon arrival
- Wireless internet access
- Three activities to choose from: Archery, Air Rifle, Cycling, Kayaking or Body Boarding
Terms and Conditions:
- Promotion is valid from 2 January to 30 June 2024.
- Above prices quoted are represented in thousand rupiah (‘000).
- The price is based on twin sharing.
- Package and displayed rates are valid for the first-night stay only. For extension night, please contact the Sales Office for optional add-on rates.
- Package is not valid during peak period dates: 29 – 30 March 2024 (Good Friday), 10 April 2024 (Hari Raya Puasa), 1 May 2024 (Labour Day), 23 – 25 May 2024 (Vesak Day), 15 – 16 June 2024 (Hari Raya Haji)
- Closed out dates: 31 May to 2 June 2024 (Bintan Triathlon).
- Applicable for new direct bookings only.
- Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner venue and menu are subject to the Resort’s discretion.
- Package is applicable for bookings with a minimum of 10 rooms and 20 persons.
