NABLEZ Kids Club

The Nirwana Adventure-based Learning Zone (NABLEZ) at Resort Centre of Nirwana Gardens is created specially for children ages 4 and up, to experience an enriching and enjoyable program during their stay. Guided by our experienced and professional staff, NABLEZ Kids Club offers a weekly itinerary with activities varying daily, designed to be fun for the children while their parents enjoy a day of relaxation at the spa, on the golf course or simply on the beach.

The daily activities are created to stimulate creativity, wonder and exploration in the children, be it balloon crafting, sand castle building or embarking on a treasure hunt. There is something for every child or youth at NABLEZ Kids Club, with different activities available for pre-teens as well. We aim to provide a day of experiential fun and learning for your children to bring home great, lifelong memories of Nirwana Gardens.

NABLEZ KIDS CLUB POLICY

Registration at NABLEZ Kids’ Club (Check in and Check out)

The parent/adult must personally bring their children for registration.
The parent/adult must personally fetch their children before 6:00 p.m.
Rates are not inclusive of food or drinks.
We regret that we are unable to cater to children:
- under 4 years old;
- with medical/special needs;
- with illness

Children who are under 4 years old
It is compulsory for the parent/adult to accompany their children who are under 4 years old during the period of activities.

Children Accompaniment Policy
It is the parent/adult’s responsibility to accompany their children while staying at the club to look after their safety, and belongings and to prevent any type of accident.

Safety and Security

The parent/adult must be the same person who fetches their children to and from the club.
The parent/adult is not allowed to bring their children with illness to the club.
Employees are not allowed to give any type of medicine to any child; they must refer the parent/adult to the in-house doctor.
All activities have to be moved inside the clubhouse during rainy days or when lightning occurs.

Others
Children should dress in simple, light and comfortable clothes.

Special Situations
Any situation can occur during the activities at the club, including the child’s adaptation or when they lose control. If this happens, we will immediately notify their parents. It is very important for the parent/adult to leave their mobile numbers or location contact, where they could be reached in case any unusual circumstances arise.

Accidents
The parent/adult shall be liable for any indemnity for any harm to the hotel, its agents, owners, and employees against any damage, cost, expenses, liability, loss claims or proceedings due to accident, death, injury, illness, sickness to the other children, including loss or damage to any property during the period the children attending the NABLEZ Kids’ Club activities.

Turtle Hatchery Program

As part of Nirwana Gardens’ corporate social responsibility efforts, we work hand in hand with the local community to protect and conserve the surrounding environment. Witness one of nature’s miracle! Newborn turtle release usually happens between June to September every year at the Banyu Biru Villa Beach, Nirwana Gardens. The Green and Hawksbill Turtles climb ashore to the beaches of Bintan Island twice a year to lay their eggs. The Nirwana Gardens conservation team collects and buries the eggs in a sheltered hatchery to protect them from predators and poachers. The eggs will be conserved for approximately 60 days before they hatch. Then the released of the newborn turtles will happen within 3 days after the first egg has hatched. Guests who are delighted in joining us for the release of hatchlings, please come to the Banyu Biru Villas beachfront to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience together with your family and friends.

24 and 25 May 2024 - the Nirwana Gardens Turtle Hatchery, together with staff and guests, safely released 219 Hawksbill Turtle hatchlings into the sea at the Banyu Biru Villas beach vicinity. The third clutch of eggs discovered on 2 May 2024, is scheduled to be released on 5 and 6 July 2024, Friday and Saturday.

Hawksbill turtles (Eretmochelys imbricata) play a crucial role in marine ecosystems by maintaining healthy coral reefs. They feed on sponges, controlling sponge populations, and preventing overgrowth that could smother coral reefs. These species are among the most critically endangered species globally, primarily due to habitat loss, pollution, and poaching. With only a few thousand nesting females remaining worldwide, each new clutch of eggs is a vital contribution to the survival of the species.

We are proud to announce that on 8 July 2023, we have yet again successfully released 60 adorable baby Hawksbill Turtles at Banyu Biru Villa beachfront that were nurtured from our hatchery! The event was participated by enthralled adults and children alike, all of whom contributed positively and directly to the role of conservation for these endangered species.

The eggs will be conserved for approximately 60 days before they hatch. While we cannot guarantee an exact date for release, we will announce the release date a few days in advance on our website and social media platforms.
