Indonesia’s Directorate General of Immigration has launched a new arrival system known as the All Indonesia e-Arrival Digital Card, implemented at immigration checkpoints. This integrated platform simplifies the procedures for immigration, customs, and health declarations into one unified process.the regulation will be extended nationwide (all entry points) starting 1st October 2025, including to visitors arriving at International Ferry Terminal in Bintan Resorts.

The All Indonesia e-Arrival Digital Card aims to make travel more efficient by speeding up arrival processes and reducing crowding at immigration counters. It’s important to understand that this digital card does not replace a visa—travelers must still obtain a Visa on Arrival (VOA) or an e-Visa separately.

Travelers arriving at the International Ferry Terminal in Bintan Resorts must complete the online form within 72 hours prior to entering Indonesia. This application is free and can be accessed through the official website at https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/ or by downloading the ‘All Indonesia’ app from the App Store or Google Play. The process takes approximately 2.5 minutes, and once completed, a QR code will be emailed to the traveler. This QR code must be presented at immigration and customs checkpoints upon arrival.

For visitors heading to Bintan Resorts, this update ensures a quicker and more convenient entry process. With QR codes prepared in advance, travelers can pass through formalities more efficiently, minimizing wait times—even during busy holiday seasons. By merging immigration, customs, and health declarations into a single digital form, the system simplifies requirements and enhances the overall travel experience.
