• Cancellation received 21 days prior to arrival date, after 21 days will be charged 1st-night cancellation fee on your credit card reserved
• No-show will be charged 100% for the total amount of room nights reserved

• For room occupancy: rates displayed are based for 2 persons. And bed type request will be subject to availability of Queen or Twin size bed.
• Surcharge applied for extra adults or children with a daily buffet breakfast and additional in-room amenities included. Only 1 (one) extra bed will be provided in the room for additional 1 person regardless of adult or child
• All charges and all monetary transactions at the resort will be settled in Indonesian Rupiah at prevailing rates based on the default currency or exchange rate set by Nirwana Gardens Resort

Child policy:

• For child without extra-bed, it will be chargeable at S$30 nett per bed per night with breakfast
• For child with extra-bed, it will be chargeable at S$60 nett per bed per night with breakfast
• For 3 Adults in a room, one extra-bed is compulsory per room
• Maximum 1 child to share a room with 2 adults (apply for all above).
